Lowton Junior and Infant School – Removal of Golborne and Lowton Co-operative Learning Partnership as the School’s Foundation

This proposal is made by:

Lowton Junior and Infant School, Newton Road, Lowton, Warrington, WA3 2AW, a foundation school (‘the School’), to remove Golborne and Lowton Co-Operative Trust (“GOALCo”) as their foundation. These proposals are published under Regulation 4 of The School Organisation (Removal of Foundation, Reduction in Number of Foundation Governors and Ability of Foundation to Pay Debts) (England) Regulations 2007.
